Dr. Wasundhara Joshi

MBBS, MD (Pediatrics) , DNB (pediatrics); ICF certified coach (PCC); Transformational Leadership Facilitator

I believe that we are all born to manifest our truth in this world. If we can live from that truth, then possibilities are limitless. My mission is to be of service to the transformation of those who lead so they can stand in the power of who they are truly are.

I practiced as a Neonatologist, working in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit at LTMMC (Sion Hospital) Mumbai for 10 years. At that point, there was a calling to do something about the prevention of needless deaths and disability, and I became interested in looking at how systems can change. That led to an interest in organization development, and also leadership work, as I realized that systemic change was all about leadership and individual behavior change.

I continue to have an abiding interest in supporting women to manage motherhood with joy, and also thrive in their chosen careers.
